Welcome to The Carmenians Musical Theatre Company

The Carmenians Musical Theatre Company is one of the leading Amateur Musical Theatre Companies in Plymouth. We are an established company who were formed over 50 years ago (for more info see our About Us page). We welcome new members both front and back stage and aim to motivate our members and allow them to gain and improve their skills.

We typically present two major productions a year with concerts in-between. We rehearse Monday evenings from 7.30pm at St Simons Church Hall, Farringdon Road, Plymouth.

Forthcoming Productions

The next production by The Carmenians is the darkly comic, toe-curling Broadway hit Little Shop of Horrors! (Menken / Ashman)

Auditions, open to all members and non-members, will take place at 7pm on Monday 7th June at the Drama and Dance studio, City College Plymouth, Goschen Centre, Saltash Road, Keyham.

The show will be staged during the week commencing 25th October 2010 - venue still to be confirmed.
